You can make a difference.

In our divers departments you will assist, accompany, aid and care for people in need for help. In doing so, you will find out whether you prefer working with elderly, young, sick or handicapped people.

Your dedication is required and will be received.

With your assistance you will enrich the living, the recreational activities, the hospitalisation or the situation at schools for handicapped children and attended workplaces. In the driving services you will increase the degree of mobility for handicapped people.

You decide!

After the third month you will do two week-long hands-on trainings in departments of your own choice. The range of Bethel is multifarious and does not only contain social and health Working at the departments. We also provide an insight into administration, handicraft businesses, home economics, public relations and culture. 

Our range for the Betheljahr contains about 180 compartments in many different subject areas.  Further information about the departments can be found below. Most of the compartments are located in Bethel near Bielefeld. But some are situated in the Ruhr area (No accommodations can be offered there).
